Capitol Heating & Air Conditioning was established in 1979 by Lowell & Kathy Provancha. The business operated from Lowell's garage until 1987, when Capitol Heating & Air Conditioning relocated to its present location on South Street.

Today, Capitol Heating & Air Conditioning is comprised of four officers and over twenty experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly employees, all of whom are eager to provide high-quality service, installation, and products to a large, established customer base. Capitol Heating & Air Conditioning has been recognized over the past 35 years for outstanding customer service and was awarded an Ambassador of Integrity Certificate by the Better Business Bureau in 2008 and 2009.

In addition, Capitol Heating & Air Conditioning recently was named Rheem Central Region HVAC Contractor of the Year, as one of the nation's top-performing Rheem contractors.
